Interested in Learning How to Promote Gender Equality in Primary Schools?

ICEP Europe is a leading partner in the European Wide SAFER Project. SAFER aims to promote positive attitudes towards gender equality, equip students with the skills required to form healthy, respectful relationships and prevent gender-based discrimination and violence in primary schools. As part of the project we are hosting a Focus Group of Teachers and we’d like to invite you to attend on either of the following dates:

Wednesday 30th May at 4pm  or  Wednesday 13th June at 4pm

The meetings will take approx 1.5 hours at our office in Maynooth. The purpose is to gather the experience, knowledge and insights of teachers on gender-based issues among Irish primary school children. This information will inform the development of the training materials and help ensure the relevance of the programme to the Irish context.

To show our appreciation for your time, all participants will receive a complimentary CPD course from ICEP's extensive range of EPV approved online summer courses.

We’d appreciate if you could share this information to any colleagues that may also be interested. If you can attend please choose which day suits you and send your name and contact details to Stephen Smith (
